Dear Aron, you truely made my day ! I so thankfull to you about it.
For some raisons I woke up stressed and anxious this morning, until I go on your blog listen to this lovely sound and follow the link bellow. I feel so much better right now.
Merci, merci !
I will link thiscansaveyourlife on my page today.
This list made me realize how emotionally closed I am: I wouldn't be able to do half of these things due to fear. Thanks for these; I'll work towards being able to conquer that impossible half.
This has brighten my day. Wonderful job, I will pass it on!
.... Spending time sitting under a tree, eyes closed, just fealing the peace of the forest around me.... Cooking greats meals for people i love.... Giving smiles to strangers in the sreet, at the market....
Thank you Aron!....
You have no idea how much I needed this today - I'd run out of ideas. Needed the sun and it's been raining. Thank you.
i could do all of these with my eyes closed
Oups! and at last: talking all night with your best friends about philosophy, happiness, love, life... and have bigs giggles... and have some tears quickly forgotten...
i do #10 often. i think its my fave. i need to work on the naps and the hugs. :)
other things that i love: listening to a poetry reading in a language that i don't understand, wandering around aimlessly in a city i've never been to before, laying on the grass under a cherry blossom tree.
great project aron! thank you for this.
You are a beautiful human being. I have never met anyone that has inspired me as much as you. Your friendship has made me into a better person and you help me bring out the positive out of the worst situations. You are one of my best friends and I am thankful to have you in my life :]
Cheers to a new chapter in your life. In 2 weeks it begins. But i know you'll be just fine, you put out such good energy in the world that i'm sure it'll come back to you ten-fold. Thank you for this project. Once again you have inspired me to be a better me.
I TRULY LOVE ALL OF YOUR IDEAS! You're definitely an inspiration ARON<3
This project made me realize the tiny simple things in life that are overlooked that could actually make a HUGE difference in your own life or a BIG impact on someone else's life. Number 5 gave me a big boost which i needed today!
i like this list! i will never sing in public though, but humming is certainly ok! :)
I have experienced difficult times in my life, it is still difficult now so i know how important it is to appreciate those little pieces of happiness.
Your blog already show that you're a kind-hearted boy, i'll still come here.
Here is a blog that will always make you feel good, maybe you already know it, maybe you'll find some inspiration in it.

Thank you :)
nice list. I like the last one the best simply because it is the easiest to do.
one that I would add is create something with your hands - ie, a drawing, a knit hat, a journal of your thoughts, origami, etc.
enjoy spring!
This is really fantastic!
I have a two year old... so giggling sessions are a great way to simply be! Yes... be present, aware.
Fantastic really! Thank you!
Stumbled on this lovely place via Johanna a few days ago and I really try to practice on this wonderful list! Thanks for creating!
i love your list, this is really wonderful. i used to go to a monastery twice a year, spend a week without a phone or computer, only surrounded by nature and the chanting of the monks during prayer. there was no speaking during mealtimes either, and i remember how this forced me or allowed me to really slow down and enjoy every single bite of my food, appreciate the textures and flavors because i wasn't distracted my chatter and noise. i like the suggestion of some kind of solitude in our day- a time carved out when we set aside the noise and just be- one of the commenters said to sit under a tree, and i think that's lovely if it's an option for anyone. :) there is so much rushing and noise in daily life, it brings on a lot of stress. taking time to slow down, turn off the TV, your phone, your computer, and hear the world around us as it is... that is such a gift.
I just did no. 19 and it made me happy.
thanks for sharing :D.
a few of the exercise number are my favourites.
when im free, i love to hang out with my close friend in a cafe and talk all day long.:D

Bonne continuation.
Marina
