This list made me realize how emotionally closed I am: I wouldn't be able to do half of these things due to fear. Thanks for these; I'll work towards being able to conquer that impossible half.

You have no idea how much I needed this today - I'd run out of ideas. Needed the sun and it's been raining. Thank you.

You are a beautiful human being. I have never met anyone that has inspired me as much as you. Your friendship has made me into a better person and you help me bring out the positive out of the worst situations. You are one of my best friends and I am thankful to have you in my life :]

Cheers to a new chapter in your life. In 2 weeks it begins. But i know you'll be just fine, you put out such good energy in the world that i'm sure it'll come back to you ten-fold. Thank you for this project. Once again you have inspired me to be a better me.

nice list. I like the last one the best simply because it is the easiest to do.

one that I would add is create something with your hands - ie, a drawing, a knit hat, a journal of your thoughts, origami, etc.

enjoy spring!

i love your list, this is really wonderful. i used to go to a monastery twice a year, spend a week without a phone or computer, only surrounded by nature and the chanting of the monks during prayer. there was no speaking during mealtimes either, and i remember how this forced me or allowed me to really slow down and enjoy every single bite of my food, appreciate the textures and flavors because i wasn't distracted my chatter and noise. i like the suggestion of some kind of solitude in our day- a time carved out when we set aside the noise and just be- one of the commenters said to sit under a tree, and i think that's lovely if it's an option for anyone. :) there is so much rushing and noise in daily life, it brings on a lot of stress. taking time to slow down, turn off the TV, your phone, your computer, and hear the world around us as it is... that is such a gift.

Bonne continuation.
