2.  compliment 5 people today.

3.  give a powerful hug (for 10 sec.) to a family member or loved one.

4.  write a letter to your best friend, explaining how much you love them.

5.  stare in the mirror for 3 minutes and notice your favorite features about yourself.

6.  hold your own hand when you go to sleep.

7.  sing your favorite song in public.  if you can't sing, hum it.

8.  leave an anonymous note in a neighbors mailbox that shares your favorite food recipe.

9.  sit in silence and think about the last time you selflessly/generously helped someone out . . .
now reenact that same gesture with someone new.

10.  spend time with yourself.  go to the movies or a restaurant alone.

11.  have a nice conversation with 2 strangers today.

12.  put on some music and dance in your room until you break a sweat.

13.  contact someone from your past that you were on bad terms with, and tell them you're
       sorry.

14.  if you ever need inspiration, call this number: 1 - 415 - 546 - 3742
(don't worry, its free and automated. all you have to do is just listen :-)

15.  the next time someone makes you mad, think about how ridiculous it is and laugh about it.

16.  on a piece of paper, draw a cartoon version of yourself.  on one side of you, make a list
of your best qualities, and on the other side, make a list of things you can improve on.

17.  look at pictures of the universe to remind yourself how small you are.

18.  buy someone else a cup of coffee at a cafe'.

19.  cook yourself a homemade meal and eat it as slow as possible.  enjoy it.  don't rush.

20.  take more naps.  rest well.

This list made me realize how emotionally closed I am: I wouldn't be able to do half of these things due to fear. Thanks for these; I'll work towards being able to conquer that impossible half.

You have no idea how much I needed this today - I'd run out of ideas. Needed the sun and it's been raining. Thank you.

You are a beautiful human being. I have never met anyone that has inspired me as much as you. Your friendship has made me into a better person and you help me bring out the positive out of the worst situations. You are one of my best friends and I am thankful to have you in my life :]

Cheers to a new chapter in your life. In 2 weeks it begins. But i know you'll be just fine, you put out such good energy in the world that i'm sure it'll come back to you ten-fold. Thank you for this project. Once again you have inspired me to be a better me.

nice list. I like the last one the best simply because it is the easiest to do.

one that I would add is create something with your hands - ie, a drawing, a knit hat, a journal of your thoughts, origami, etc.

enjoy spring!

Fantastic really! Thank you!

i love your list, this is really wonderful. i used to go to a monastery twice a year, spend a week without a phone or computer, only surrounded by nature and the chanting of the monks during prayer. there was no speaking during mealtimes either, and i remember how this forced me or allowed me to really slow down and enjoy every single bite of my food, appreciate the textures and flavors because i wasn't distracted my chatter and noise. i like the suggestion of some kind of solitude in our day- a time carved out when we set aside the noise and just be- one of the commenters said to sit under a tree, and i think that's lovely if it's an option for anyone. :) there is so much rushing and noise in daily life, it brings on a lot of stress. taking time to slow down, turn off the TV, your phone, your computer, and hear the world around us as it is... that is such a gift.

Imagine yourself looking and feeling that way again.
Do your best to avoid alcohol. Then, strain the herbs and use it daily to see results.

Bonne continuation.
